A Día de los Muertos Wine Dinner & Cultural Experience

Some dinners are about what is served at the table. This one is also about who we bring to the table with us.

We invite you to join us at Bramble Pie Co. in Atascadero for Vino, Mesa y Recuerdos, a six-course wine dinner inspired by the traditions, flavors, stories, and meaning of Día de los Muertos.

This evening is meant to be more than dinner.

It is an invitation to gather around the table, share beautiful food and wine, learn about a meaningful cultural tradition, and remember the people whose stories continue through us.

Throughout the evening, six thoughtfully prepared courses from Bramble Pie Co. will be paired with wines from MCV Wines and Ruakh Wines.

But between the pours and plates, we'll also take time to explore the traditions behind Día de los Muertos—why families create ofrendas, the meaning behind their different elements, the role of food and flowers, and why remembering those who came before us can be a celebration filled with color, stories, love, and life.

We're honored to welcome Silvia Martinez of Mama Latina Tips, winner of PBS's The Great American Recipe, who will share the meaning, traditions and elements of Día de los Muertos throughout the evening.

Rather than simply decorating the room with elements of Día de los Muertos, we want to allow our guests to understand the meaning behind them. To listen. To ask questions. To participate. And perhaps to see this beautiful tradition in a new way.

Bring Someone With You—in a Photograph

We invite each guest to bring a photograph of a loved one they would like to remember.

During the evening, you'll have the opportunity to add their photograph to our community ofrenda, allowing our gathering to become part of the experience itself.

Your photograph might be of a parent or grandparent, a sibling, a friend, or someone whose influence remains part of your story.

Together, our ofrenda will represent many families, many memories, and many lives worth remembering.

Vino. Mesa. Recuerdos.

Wine. Table. Memories.

Those three words are at the heart of this evening.

A table has a way of bringing people together. Food carries traditions from one generation to another. Wine invites us to slow down, raise a glass, and share a story.

For one special evening, we hope you'll take a seat at our table and experience all three.

Vino, Mesa y Recuerdos will feature a 6-course dinner with wine pairings from MCV Wines and Ruakh Wines for $120 per guest, hosted at Bramble Pie Co. in Atascadero, California.
